Avila Valley 3.0 comes with Avila Valley Equestrian Center (AVEC), empty lots for your stable and pastures, and an area to put in a XC course.
Two versions are available - one with the equestrian center already built and one with the lots emptied so you can either add the lots yourself or build your own equestrian center.
Additionally the equestrian center lots are available for download separately so you can add them to your own world.
